    Every order over 100€ on jillianswitzerland.com ships with one complimentary sample (except for orders of sets of samples). Unfortunately, we cannot ship samples on their own, but you might try our Discovery Kits featuring our best-selling fragrances or our Sample Set with your own selection of 5 samples.
  • How can I use my Discovery Set and Sample Set voucher?
    An email will be sent 2 days after purchasing a Discovery or Sample Set with a unique voucher code that can be used towards a purchase valued at 100€ or more for European countries, and 220$ or more for the US and Canada. This voucher is not redeemable in store.
  • Where and how should I be applying my fragrance?
    To maximize the diffusion of your fragrance, focus on your pulse points: ears, wrists, and the hollows of your elbows. Also, a lesser-known tip is that well-moisturized skin can significantly improve the fragrance diffusion. Adjust the vaporization of your perfume to suit your preferences: For a gentle, subtle spray resembling a perfume mist, spray the perfume approximately 30 centimeters away from the desired area. For a stronger scent, spray the perfume around 5 centimeters from the intended spot. Apply the perfume directly onto your skin, avoiding contact with clothes to prevent potential staining. Store your perfume in a place shielded from temperature fluctuations and light exposure.

    Our Eau de Parfum fragrances typically offer a lasting experience of four to five hours on average. Our Extrait de Parfum, boasting an oil concentration of 20-30%, can provide an extended longevity of up to 8 hours.
