1. TERMS AND DELIVEY TIMES

Free Delivery: Available for orders over 200€ to all the available countries listed below

Order Processing: Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.

Preparation Time: Orders are prepared within 48 working hours at our warehouse, then handed over to the carrier based on the chosen delivery method and country.

Delivery Method: Standard shipping with Duhamel.

Delivery Areas in Europe: We serve the following countries: France (excluding DOM TOM), Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom*, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Switzerland.

Currently, we only support shipping to EU countries and are working towards offering worldwide shipping soon.

Delivery Times Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and take effect the day following the shipment date. Delays may occur due to product unavailability, holidays, carrier strikes, or other force majeure events.

**Local Taxes and Import Customs: Delivery charges do not include customs duties, taxes, and other charges required for entry into countries outside the EU. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be requested by the carrier directly.

3. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

The package is delivered to the address provided during ordering. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, indicating the time and day of the visit and the post office where you can collect the parcel.

Upon delivery, you must check the conformity and condition of your order in the presence of the carrier. If necessary, note any reservations regarding apparent defects (missing product, damaged parcel).

Contact Jillian Switzerland Customer Service within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the products. Claims made after this period may be deemed inadmissible unless there is a legitimate reason.

If your package is not received after 7 days and no delivery notice has been left, check the status of your package on the carrier's website or contact our Customer Service through the provided form: (link).

4. RETURN AND REFUND

You have the right to return products free of charge within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt, without providing any reason.

The right of retraction does not apply to engraved products. Engraved products cannot be returned or refunded.

To return a product, follow the steps on the return form included in your package:

  1. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@jillianswitzerland.com to request a return form, which should be printed and attached to the package. Indicate the reason for your return.

  2. Return the item in its original packaging. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded. For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed products cannot be reimbursed.

Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for payment within 14 days from the date of return.
